Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Intern to join our team at Skylon
Schools Kenya, a very new primary and junior secondary school located in the Kamulu area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and driven student to gain hands-on
experience in marketing and communications within the education sector.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one outreach with parents to promote our school’s programs and admissions process.
• Schedule and attend appointments with prospective parents to present school offerings and answer inquiries.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
• Support the creation of promotional materials and digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential outreach opportunities.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to improve student enrollment efforts.

Requirements

• Must be at least in their second year pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable with direct engagement with parents.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies is a plus.
• Passion for education and community engagement.
